The Good Shepherd Center is a multi denominational ministry established in 1991 to be of service to the economically challenged of the greater Greenville community. The Center shows concern for all individuals who enter our doors regardless of creed, race, nationality or lifestyle.
Downtown Ministries
As a para-church ministry, the ultimate goal of Downtown Ministries and the groups serving under its umbrella, are to be used as a vehicle through which God might bring individuals to come to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. From there we encourage people to connect with a local church and to be discipled in the Christian faith.
Willow Women's Center
Willow Women’s Center is a non-profit organization that offers quality medical services and resources to women who are or might be unexpectedly pregnant at no-cost. We do this to help women receive the medical care they need, and to be informed on each option so they can make healthy choices for themselves.
City Rescue Mission
As a Christian ministry, we stand uniquely apart from other social service agencies. Our services are provided based on need, rather than ability to pay. All services are gifted to our neighbors in need that seek help for their physical and spiritual needs. Through faith-based programming, our guests often experience an in-ward change resulting in many experiencing a renewed, changed life.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
